Access Rules Consultation - Closed

Consultation period: 1st - 28th September 2022

Following the first consultation on Viking Link’s access rules we are re-consulting based on some proposed further amendments, in relation to:

(i) Clarification of curtailment compensation where resulting from NTC restriction by either of the operators of the British and Danish electricity transmission systems, specifically Rules 55.2, 63A.2

(ii) Introduction of text to align with the Suspension clauses within the EU Harmonised Allocation Rules, specifically Rule 83 Para 1e, 2 & 6
