National Grid Viking Link (NGVL) submits its’ planning applications in the UK

The planning applications for the Viking Link UK Onshore Scheme have been submitted to the Local Planning Authorities (LPAs).

Individual applications were submitted to the following LPAs on 24th August 2017 via the respective Planning Portals:  

  •          East Lindsey District Council
  •          Boston Borough Council
  •          North Kesteven District Council
  •          South Holland District Council.

The LPAs will be undertaking a formal statutory consultation prior to a decision being taken on the planning applications that have been submitted by NGVL.

Further information about the Viking Link UK Onshore Scheme planning applications and the LPAs' determination process is available on the appropriate LPA website. You can also view and provide comments via the online portals or by contacting the relevant LPA using the contact details below. Copies of the application are available at the District Council offices.
