Award notifications expected by the end of June

An initial contract award notification in respect of the cables procurement was made and provided to bidders in April 2019.  Following claims raised by bidders National Grid and Energinet have decided to re-evaluate the tender submissions.  It is now anticipated that a final contract award decision will be publicised by the end of June 2019.
 
The Procurement process continues to operate under strict rules of confidentiality and due process under the regulations.  We will make the relevant announcements at the appropriate time.
